We do not grant RingCentral any rights to your financial data. RingCentral is used only for communication purposes (phone, voicemail, business texting, and call routing).

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Respond promptly to requests for documents or clarification

• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials for any secure portals

• Refrain from sending sensitive documents through unsecure channels unless explicitly instructed

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect client data. When communicating through RingCentral, we rely on their encryption and security protocols for transmissions initiated through that platform.

6. Payment Terms

Fees are due as outlined in your engagement letter or invoice. Unpaid balances may result in delayed filings, halted work, or disengagement.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Interruptions or errors caused by third-party tools such as RingCentral

• Damages arising from your failure to provide timely or accurate information

• Losses resulting from misuse of login credentials

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may reference or integrate with third-party tools, including RingCentral. We do not endorse, warrant, or control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability or performance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. Outstanding obligations, fees, and deliverables remain enforceable after termination.
